Mr. Pradeep Walawe

Managing Director

An engineer by profession, Pradeep brings over 20 years of experience in mechanical and industrial engineering to Knuckles Valley. Leveraging his extensive expertise, he has seamlessly integrated revolutionary processing techniques into the family tradition of the cinnamon industry. Pradeep is dedicated to enhancing and applying international best practices in quality and standards.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, and a Master’s degree in Professional Engineering from the University of Western Australia. Additionally, he has earned a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wollongong. Pradeep is also a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.

Mr. Sampath Ruwan

Director

Sampath brings extensive experience in plantation management and human resource management to Knuckles Valley. His hands-on expertise significantly enhances our plantation planning and operations. Initially earning qualifications in Information Technology, Sampath later transitioned to the plantation industry, where he has excelled in optimizing and managing plantation activities.
