Nestled in the heart of Sri Lanka’s lush Knuckles Valley, our cinnamon, tea, and coffee gardens are part of a heritage that spans centuries. Native to the island once known as Serendib, Ceylon cinnamon has been cherished for thousands of years—cultivated with artisanal methods passed down through generations. Established during the late 19th century in Colonial Ceylon, these plantations blossomed amidst waterfalls and mountain peaks, becoming an enduring symbol of craftsmanship, beauty, and taste. Today, as the Ceylon coffee industry experiences a spirited revival, our gardens continue this labour of love, bringing the world the finest brews and spices—each infused with history, tradition, and unmatched flavour.
